Sub-processors

This policy explains how SmartAI handles business and customer data, including under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010. If anything here is unclear, or you need contractual assurances for your own compliance review, contact us and we will walk you through it.

These are the third-party providers who may process customer conversation data on our behalf to deliver SmartAI. We commit to notifying active customers before adding a new sub-processor that materially changes how data is handled.

Support is handled by our own team over WhatsApp and email, so no third-party helpdesk processes your conversations. We will update this page before adding any new sub-processor.
